Adams, David Holbrook and Bill Wilson. The company plans to strengthen its board

Bill
Wilson
Founder and CEO
Oneida Communications Group
Mr.
Wilson has more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial and operations
executive in the telecommunications, technology and Internet sectors. He is the
founder and CEO of Oneida Communications Group, a broadband wireless services
provider holding rights for 2.5GHz spectrum licenses in 66 markets in 16 states.
Mr. Wilson has been an officer or director of 6 public and 15 private companies.
As a key leader of several companies, he has successfully grown startups into
multi-hundred million dollar enterprises. As a former CFO, Mr. Wilson has completed
3 IPOs and closed private and public debt and equity transactions totaling more
than $3 billion. As a former COO, he has successfully turned around 4 failing
technology companies and created exits for the investors through merger or sale
of those entities. Mr. Wilson has extensive M&A experience, having acquired
or sold more than 100 companies for consideration of more than $1.3 billion. Mr.
Wilson is a CPA and served 3 years in the U.S. Army.
Mr.
Wilson received a BA from Luther College, a MSc in Accounting from Northeastern
University and a MBA in Finance from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson
College.

Christopher
P. Adams
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Adams is a co-founder
and CEO of Senera Corporation, a developer of sensor-based wireless monitoring
systems and services for global transportation infrastructures. Mr. Adams is also
the founder and former CEO of Mosaic Technologies, a venture backed genomics company
that developed two patented technologies: Acrydite Chemistry for genetic
analysis and detection, and Bridge Amplification Technology an enabler of
solid-phase polymerase chain reaction technology (PCR). At Mosaic, Mr. Adams was
instrumental in raising venture capital, forming scientific and business advisory
boards and negotiating key corporate agreements and research collaborations. Mosaic
was sold to Fisher Scientific, an international research products company in 2002.
Mr.
Adams performed graduate work in molecular immunology for the Department of Microbiology,
and received a BA from Assumption College.
David
Holbrook
Chief Technology Officer, Vice President Engineering
Mr.
Holbrook has over 20 years of expertise in high technology companies, providing
engineering and technical management guidance to large project teams. In addition
to working with Walleye, Mr. Holbrook is an Optical Engineer and Project Manager
for Resonetics, Inc., where he is responsible for introducing several new micro-machining
systems. A key component of Mr. Holbrook's project style and mandate is the commercialization
of proprietary designs. Mr. Holbrook recently introduced a new type of optical
beam delivery method that homogenized a long-line beam and improved machining
speed by 300%.
As
Director of System Engineering at Varian Semiconductor, a manufacturer of ion
implantation equipment for chipmakers, Mr. Holbrook managed a 130 person multi-function
team consisting of product development groups and corporate function groups. At
Varian, he developed a new high output/long life ion source and invented a revolutionary
system architecture for performing low energy implantation.
Mr.
Holbrook has been awarded five patents and currently has five patents pending.
Mr. Holbrook received a BS and MS in Imaging Science from Rochester Institute
of Technology.

to develop low-cost microwave circuits to enable the production of new imaging
devices. Proxim, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Terabeam, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRBM), is
a global pioneer in developing and supplying scalable broadband wireless networking
systems for enterprises, governments, and service providers. From Wi-Fi to wireless
Gigabit Ethernet, Proxim's WLAN, mesh, point-to-multipoint and point-to-point
products are backed by world class support. Proxim is a Principal Member of the

scale development, packaging and manufacturing for Walleye's microwave camera
technology. Venture Technologies is a product development company that has twenty-two
years of experience designing and developing products in new and evolving markets.
The company develops products that analyze, measure, control and communicate.
